 HP Envy 13 Laptop Review

In our HP Envy 13 laptop review, we’ll tell you about some of the features and specifications. This notebook features two USB 3.1 Type-A ports, a MicroSD card slot, a headphone/mic combo jack, and a power connector. It also offers dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, and a TPM 2.0 security chip. Unfortunately, the HP Envy 13 doesn’t come with a Thunderbolt 3 port. We’ll go over the features and drawbacks of this laptop.

HP’s Envy 14 laptop offers good performance and battery life. However, the laptop’s display is subpar. For creative professionals, the HP Envy 14 may not be the best choice. This laptop has an average-looking display, but its high-resolution camera and discrete GPU may appeal to them. However, it’s not a good option for people who need the best in performance and price.

The HP Envy 13’s touchpad is disappointing. Although the touchpad is small and lacks a glass surface, it offers extra width. Unfortunately, the touchpad doesn’t have the smooth feel that glass ones do. You’ll have to deal with it throughout your laptop’s use. However, despite the disadvantages, it’s still the perfect laptop for casual users. And with a price tag that isn’t much more than a couple hundred dollars, it’s hard to find a better bargain.

HP Envy 13t: The design isn’t revolutionary, but it is a solid performer. The metal chassis is tough and durable, and the matte finish prevents fingerprints from sticking to it. Although the audio quality is not impressive, it is sufficient to fill a large room without distortion. The speakers are paired with a good, comfortable keyboard and trackpad. There’s also a good IR blaster, so you can watch movies or play games from afar.

The HP Envy 13’s graphics card is impressive. The discrete Nvidia GeForce MX250 has significantly better performance than the Intel Xe graphics chip. The HP Envy 13 scores a whopping 66% higher in 3DMark Time Spy than the Intel Xe chip. It’s still a relatively low-end system that won’t run Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Ultra settings.

The keyboard on hp envy 13 i7 review is good. It provides a decent amount of key travel and a firm key backplate. It feels comfortable to type, so you can write long essays with ease. The HP Envy 13’s backlight is white with a two-level LED. One recessed key on the keyboard is actually a fingerprint scanner. This laptop has a very low power consumption. And it receives an ENERGY STAR certification and EPEAT Silver certification.

While the HP Envy 13 isn’t a high-performance gaming machine, it’s a strong all-rounder for its price. It boasts a metal chassis and a sandblasted anodised finish. We weren’t particularly impressed with the battery life and display quality, but the touchscreen is still impressive for a cheap laptop. The Envy 13 also has a Thunderbolt 4 port.
